Where we ship

This store ships to addresses in the Philippines. We sell in Singapore and the Philippines; each country has its own store with local prices. At checkout, please choose a Philippines shipping address in PayPal — an address in another country can’t be accepted here, and you won’t be charged.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the Philippines is currently free. The shipping charge is shown in your cart before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within a few business days of payment.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; the carrier’s tracking page shows the latest estimate.

Tracking

When your order ships we record the carrier and tracking number; signed-in customers can see them under their account’s orders. Otherwise contact us at hanlaobo96@gmail.com with your order reference.

Taxes

Prices are shown in PHP. Depending on where a parcel ships from, local import taxes may apply; we will tell you before you pay if they are not included.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, we can reship it at your cost or refund the item price. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
