These terms apply to your use of the Hanlaobo website and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

• Prices in our Singapore store are shown and charged in SGD. Product photos are illustrative; small variations in colour or finish can occur.
• We try to keep descriptions, prices and stock accurate. If we discover an error after you order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• Payment is taken through PayPal at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully captured.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, stock errors or an address we cannot ship to). If we cancel a paid order we will refund you in full.

Shipping

Orders from our Singapore store ship to addresses in Singapore only. Delivery is described in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Use of the website

Don’t misuse the site (for example attempting to break its security, scraping at scale or submitting fraudulent orders). Site content belongs to Hanlaobo or its licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
